Alright - I created another thread to document on-going changes to my version of the MPGuino code. The current version of my MPGuino code may be found here.

I fixed the fuel economy display bug, fixed the compile-time selection of Imperial gallons vs. US gallons (can't see how to implement on-the-fly conversion), and fixed the mislabeled screens.
