I have never attempted to paint coroplast.

I have used regular automotive paint on wheels and it chips off after a while.

I have used spray on plastidip on wheels and it works nicely.

I have noticed spay paint at the hardware store made to stick to plastic.

In lieu of painting anything, perhaps wrap with a vinyl or other fabric?

Is this all about a color change to hide the dirt?

What color did you have in mind?

Cleaning and sanding, sanding and cleaning.............going to be as much work as the original project I suspect - if done right.
