My daughter and son both have that same generation civic in a 4 door and they're both LX's. I know in the Summer they get around 37mpg and they have decent driving habits for economy from watching me drive my VX hypermiling of course I think most cars lose about 10-15% fuel economy in the winter with a stock vehicle. Parking your car outside will likely put it closer to the 15% drop. This is why you need to mod your car so winter won't have so much impact.
