man i have so much reading to do on this... just stumbled across this tonight. so basically you are using a combo of EGR and boost to run super lean AFRs and high throttle settings to reduce pumping loses/high thermal effeciency... i have wanted to do this for years but lack the resources (mostly a garage and money). are you an engineer by chance? or did you just stumble into all of this by way of car hobbies? tuning my first DSM is what led me to learn a lot about engine theory and eventually led me to ecomodder. super cool project.

First edit: are these cars more or less aerodynamic than the 2nd generation to your knowledge? i remember the 2g talon being something like 5.9 CdA.. almost in the territory of the CRX and first gen prius. always thought the 2g FWD body would be a great donor for an FE project.
