Not sure what the exact number for your engine is but, engines burn gasoline with approx %33 efficiency (can vary ...) if you manage to get it to %100 efficiency (no cooling system needed anymore) you would be getting 1GPH at the most. {Unrealistic goal}
Then you would need to go to aeromods or other things like getting better bearings, better lubrication etc to drop it further...
