You can attach files - your photo in this case - in the "advanced" reply button, using the "paperclip" button at the top. Maximum 195kb in size, though, so you will probably need to resize them first.
Otherwise you can upload them to a photo hosting site (like photobucket) and just use the "direct link" and paste it in using the "insert image" button at the top of the reply box.
Edit: I take it that tractor starter motor wasn't series-wound, otherwise it would have spun itself to death.
