It would be cool to try this, but I think you might go through Ninja clutches pretty quickly. Plus the Ninja 250 is a pretty high revving high performance engine, I think you'll be having it screaming just to drive around which probably would hurt mpg. I would think a larger twin motorcycle that was tuned for less rpm might get better mileage.
