To be honest, if the civic doesnt have a lean burn vtec-e engine that long geared trans sucks. I had a 92 EG sedan with the d15b7 and a cx/vx trans and in city driving sucked. And i got low mpgs. The best i got in city was 22. But the hwy mpg was awesome. My best on the hwy was 43 mpg. But i dont do much hwy driving. So thats why i sold my EG sedan. It was nice too, had a full original "type r wine" burgandy interior hehe.
