So — hitch weight is half the 60%?
Negative trailer hitch weight (having the trailer pull up on the ball) is a recepy for a massive crash, while positive trailer weight (only has to be like 50-100kg depending on how much the hitch is rated for) and keeping the center of mass low an in the middle of the trailer makes it ride stable.

This is why you trailer cars with the engine in the front, an why you don't load a trailer full of wood with 1/3 sticking out the rear of the trailer (see pictures), and don't load the heavy stuff in the back of your caravan (what the video is about) but put it low an in the middle, and keep light stuff like sleeping bags and clothes in the back.

This is how it was loaded..

And this the result. Just too much weight, too far back.
