I went and looked up how much those light weight honda civic VX wheels weigh, because they are 13 inch and supposedly very light weight for a car wheel.
They weigh just under 10 pounds.
I went to tractor supply because I know they usually have 13'' bare steel trailer rims on the shelf.
I grabbed one of the steel trailer rim's and weighed it, it weighed in just under 12lb.
Only saving exactly 2 pounds per side.
I can only get load range D on a 145/13. Which is good for about 1,600lb.

Looks at this point the 145/12R load range E is the winner with its low price and 1,600lb weight rating and the overall size I'm looking for.
