I built the harbor freight "super duty" 1790lb folding trailer last year. I took out the bearings and re packed with good grease and built a floor out of 3/4" pressure treated and used 1/2" treated for the sides. I took it a couple hundred miles no issues and to the dump and on mulch run. Good little trailer but I don't intend to fold it.
