I think he is talking about an injector added before/after the throttle body, like throttle body injection. This extra injector only compensateing for boost allowing for stock size injectors. You could use a pulse-width modulator signaled by boost pressure ,cross-referenced with O2. This would lend it self well to lean burn mods .
