Thanks for the feedback. I am probably going to get the Quonset hut pretty soon - which hinges on my brother building an addition on his garage and entry porch (which I will probably be helping him with).
I am interested to hear the details about the A2 tunnel. That is certainly a LOT closer to me.
Another possibility is to build a more accurate 1/4 scale model on my CNC. The challenge there is redoing the "slices" in CAD, based on the exact thickness of the foam I would use. I would possibly be able to test this at the MIT Wright Brothers 2X atmosphere wind tunnel, which is very close and convenient.
