Has anyone tried to heat form lexan. It looks like the perfect material for a project like this,see through. Just a question. I know it very tough and they get nice radius in many applications. I think you have done great job Metro. I really dislike paint, never get it right. There is a product called E-poxy paint from marine stores that you apply with a brush which is self-leveling and looks sprayed on. I did a very good job on 22 foot aluminum boat a couple years ago and it still looks good. Not cheap $22 a quart but the price is worth the aggrivation
