Do you really get away with that few capacitors on three phase motor controller? Seems they are using TO-247 IGBTs. I saw 7 IGBTs but there must be 7 more hidden there. At 1000 amps it would be over 70 amps per IGBT.
Now to see how much those IGBTs are
I haven't even gotten into populating the control board yet but would like to end up with a 500A controller that eats 200VDC.
