I don't remember your build - can you provide a link so I can read through it? That will minimize my silly questions for you ...

Traction control code would, in my opinion, require an encoder on the motor and one for each driven wheel. I don't know if there are enough spare inputs on the PIC. Some isolation for the inputs would be kinda nice as well.

Maybe just one pin for the motor and each wheel to read pulses would work? You should not need to detect direction for traction control ...

Rev limiter - same idea. Some sort of encoder or tach input on the motor. I think the PIC has some free cycles since the same one does a bunch of calculations in the AC controller.

I don't plan to use traction control on my Mazda ... but a rev limiter would be nice!
