If the red pickup had a hitch that had an intermediate rectangular frame with two pivots; then the trailer and the tow vehicle could be connected by a rectangular bellow, like an articulated bus. You could crawl back and forth.

EVTV uses the 'big block' Tesla drivetrain and would drive, with some (back-ordered) dashboard gauges.

EV West have a 'small block' Tesla drive. They have plans to replace the Tesla controller and use the OEM power inverters. Big plans.
