Although I do have a press, I've used a big C-clamp and a set of large sockets when replacing suspension bushings. Big C-clamps work good as a press.

Also don't skimp on the grease when installing new poly bushings! You will kick your own butt from the squeaks if you don't goober enough in there. Or if you wanna be slick, drill and tap your suspension arm bushing ends for zerk fittings, to allow for future greasing operations.
