The Harley people around where I live rev their engines anytime they get a chance, not just stopping. Its just their culture and way of doing things. Example - I was working on a antique tractor one day, and the Harley guy across town had to go outside and start/rev his Harley just because he heard our tractor revving while I was adjusting the updraft carb. They're just nuts! -lol
@freebeard, Mine has the stock 2 stroke engine, and is older than your picture. I would never convert it to anything. I think I got it as part of a trade like 15 years ago. But I never had a plan to do anything with it. Its just been in my garage for years collecting dust...
