I'm looking at how they do skid plates for idea on a full belly pan. I am shying away from just using coroplast because I know over time it can and will droop in the AZ heat and getting hit and whatnot will break it. If I used a fair gauge of aluminum where it's strong and sturdy but not heavy, would cutting holes in it completely defeat the purpose? Only reason I'd drill holes in it would be to save weight. I am also looking at how I can trim weight from the vehicle. Might do a cat back exhaust and save some weight there. I think I can do rear wheel skirts pretty nicely.
