The aero bumper started to get a bit ratty from dragging on the driveway (if it ain't scrapin' it ain't low enough) so I decided to switch back to a stock bumper. Swapped them in a flash and shot a little D-I-Y video.
I got a second stock bumper to modify, as well. I'm going to attack aero bumper #2 differently. The plan is to design it in a CAD program and CFD test it before building, possibly with 3D printed pieces. Still dreaming about wind tunnel testing. Knowing that I can swap bumpers in an hour is a big plus. Tunnel time = money.
