I'm gonna have to ask you to stop posting such positive things about your Volt. My Prius is a perfectly adequate car and I shouldn't have to deal with you shaming me into upgrading. :P
That works out to 174wh/mi, which is pretty impressive for a ~4000lb car. My ebike plus me weighed under 200lb and used about 30wh/mi. Ebike is much more efficient per person with a single occupant, but the 43.5wh/mi per person you'd be getting with 4 people in the car plus some AC is pretty sweet.
