I found Tesla's EPA certification report for the 3 Long Range (LR) with some pretty impressive numbers.

Compared to Tesla's test results for their other cars, only the 100D goes noticeably farther on the highway test, and nothing touches the 3's range on the city test.

Also, the 3 LR probably comes with an 80.5kWh battery (78+kWh usable). I think that's larger than the pack on the S 75, which explains why they're using "Long Range" instead of numbers. My guess is that they may also underestimate the 3 LR's range on it's EPA range ratings to avoid cannibalizing sales from the Model S.

Besides that, it's mpge is better than the Bolt and worse than the Ioniq (126mpge I think?), which has been confirmed via low res screenshots of the Monroney sticker. It puts down 258hp, and has a PM motor. It might have a limited slip differential (it's RWD, but under regen it references "Both"), but that could just be a typo.
