Probably okay to edit them - here's what I would do: message the recent users of those stations and confirm it with them. Another way to go is to contact the company that owns them - they will know if those stations have both CHAdeMO and CCS connections.

CHAdeMO and CCS are totally different physically, and probably a bit different signals. Tesla sells a CHAdeMO adapter, interestingly enough. Hopefully, eventually, we get cross operable adapters for Tesla and CCS. I think CHAdeMO is a harder road ahead, with only the Leaf using it - though the Leaf will probably keep its lead in number of cars on the road, for a little while anyway.
