Uhh...self-taught basic electrics and electronics as a kid...self-taught automotive mechanics in my late teens, turned in to my hobby as an adult. Always had an affinity for quiet, efficient mechanical means of doing anything useful. A particular affinity for cordless/battery powered things and efficiency (I hate being wasteful). This forum is the place to put them all together.
Nothing to do with my education or choice of work. I prefer not to have the enjoyment of my hobbies ruined by having to do them at work all day.
