I second that post. Here in Kirkcaldy we built a new hospital with an underground system where autonomous vehicles tow trailers of supplies, linen, food etc, around the hospital. We had to install a guidance and control system into the floor so they could work. That is infrastructure (The basic physical and organizational structures and facilities (e.g. buildings, roads, power supplies) needed for the operation of a society or enterprise. Oxford English Dictionary). Without that they are useless. They cannot go anywhere else in the hospital or grounds.
