My guess is Maserati. It has a birdcage/bread van vibe to it.

It might be a 1952,or later Jaguar XK 120C-based,droop-snoot,one-off, by Lister,or other builder,campaigned at LeMans.
A much faster car,but unstable on the Mulsanne Straight.
Also,maybe,1959 (Brian)Lister-Jaguar,body by Frank Costin (LOTUS)
