FWIW, my 2015 Subaru WRX has an oil-to-coolant heat exchanger, and the oil temperature tends to lag the coolant temperature by 10 to 13 degrees C.
Edit: The heat exchanger will also increase the time it takes to get to full coolant temperature. Most modern cars have warmup-fuel enrichment tables based on coolant temperature that make the car run richer with lower coolant temperature (up to a warmish temperature of 50-60C usually). It shouldn't be a huge effect but it will somewhat mitigate the gains from warmer oil temperature.
