Forecasting can be difficult especially when it involves the future. If there is a demand and a means to make a profit there will be some supply or a substitute is found. "Lower" is always a relative term. Real costs can be considered in hours of earnings required to buy something. The socialist welfare state is unsustainable, immoral, and degrading. I have had good jobs and I have been unemployed due to illness. Anytime one gets off the couch and does something to help others is a good day.
