When I bought that trailer the bearings and spindles were done. That was one of the first things I did was replace the axle, used US made bearings not Chinese garbage and marine use gtease seals. I was using a lithium complex highly fortified MoS2 high temp axle bearing grease, but now I use normal lithium grease, which i think is actually better, the oil doesn't run out as quickly.
