Interference engine, presumably. Replace everything - water pump, tensioner, idle pulleys, etc - and use a recognizable/good brand.

I went with a complete Gates kit for my wife's Honda engine, since it wasn't much more than any other brand and I trust their products(and I need to trust their products on an interference engine). Been in there a year now without a hitch.
