There's a risk for the splitter producing un-wanted downforce (induced drag).
The only way to quantify it would be in a tunnel.
Just the 1.5-inch pipe insulation taped to the front of 'baby',to soften the lower leading edge created 103-lbs of downforce,@ 200-mph.
Hucho reports that lift isn't an issue for vehicles traveling at 'normal' highway speed.
