If I'd softened the lower leading edge of 'Baby' I wouldn't have needed to add the rounded 'splitter',however,by doing so,provided the softening,plus a 'bumper' the the DOT might be interested in.
With enough money,I suspect that it would be a straight forward process to tune the nose for zero-lift/downforce.
At 70-mph,the splitter would induce only 12.25-lbs of negative lift.Meaningless in the grand scheme of things.
