Did you forget the biodigesters? Well, I guess biogas/biomethane might qualify as some kind of biofuel

There is also a sort of alcoholic beverage usually made with grain leftovers and fruit peels in Brazilian jails, and I guess the very same manufacturing method can be applied to make ethanol (or methanol) fuel.
