Not energy efficient in the strict sense. But simple and small.

Good for cooling off electrical panels where you have no other room for equipment, and where compressed air is available.

Unfortunately compressed air is expensive AND inefficient. Combine that with cooling inefficiency ... and it's ... umm .. pathetic? efficiency. BUT it works.
