Would it be possible to fit some flip-n-fold seats or jump-seats for occasional passenger transport while keeping it registered as a van?
Presumably the side-facing ones usually found in the wheelchair spot in urban transit buses might not be accepted by the office of vehicle registry there, so maybe something similar to the 3rd-row seating of the 1st-gen Fiat Doblò could be used.
