I wonder whether they're accounting for all the people who got into those so-called top private colleges only because that's where their parents (and grandparents &c) went.
FTM, why would a poor to middle-class person with any sense want to go to one of those schools, instead of a state university where you'll get as good an education (if not better) for a lot less money?
