Huh. Only one-third more than my roommate wants me to pay. My sister says that legally, since I never agreed to pay in the first place, she cannot demand back payments. Practically, Mom says it is not worth having my landlord forcing the issue.
I do not think he would expect me to pay more than he and the other guy have been paying, though.
