Would you tape the holes in the rim to prevent buildup from dirt and water coming from the back?
I had a foil over my wheel covers for 2 weeks, and in that time a lot of sand, water and even some stones found their way through the holes to get lodged between the rim and the wheel cover...
I am thinking about using sheet aluminum to cover my rims.
Then I'll cover the holes with black duct tape; two circles on each side of the rim so they'll adhere to each other through the holes. Just a thought
