It’s part of the annual average, so that below average doesn’t really mean much since total miles have already been reduced, and remaining miles driven at a higher skill level.
But here’s something all of you need to consider. Coolant temp has next to nothing to do with “warm-up”. Engine oil temperature is that determinant. That’s the number to pursue.
After that is other fluids, greases and tires. The latter take 1.5-hrs to stabilize in warmish weather at steady state highway speeds.
Around town is pretty much only ever going to be a partial warm-up. Winter is simply a slower warmup.
Build a garage. When cars were new that’s what men did before a car was bought. They had the right order in that.
