Yeah I was going to point that out two, there's two versions, depending on what year it was made. Same for the NV4500. The early years of the NV4500 have nearly the same gearing as the old cast iron SM465 4 speed that's in my 83 chevy pickup. The first gear is so low, it's the "granny gear" and the 2nd gear is really the 1st and what you start off in, so it's really a 3 speed + overdrive. I don't think the NV3500 has such a low gear though
