At least my beret is still not a hat.
I am not sure how far the first video I watched went, but I closed it when I realized it did not have any idea where it was going. I later found another one where the second time the Marine's cover blew off, the President let the Marine finish his salute, and an aid handed the Marine his cover.
So, you are prohibited from wearing a cover on the flight line unless the President is involved, but then you are required to? How has nobody's cover been sucked into an engine yet?
