I'm right there with you on every count, well except the hood.
I just went to my 1997 old Toyota Corolla junk car (blown the motor) and pulled the body parts I needed.
So I got cut a check fixed the car with zip ties and spare parts spending no money.
I did spend $28 later though giving it a rustoleum paint job.
the 1998 Toyota Corolla looks better now than before the wreck. police harass me too much driving such a crappy looking car.
