You can have somebody with lots of tanks, maybe some pretty good actually, then you look closely and see a few more 200mpg tanks thrown in to the average as well. It doesn't take many 200 mpg tanks to make a pickup look pretty good on average LOL

If you look at the average MPG for each vehicle, they don't count the outliers.
