The problem with oil is that it is created by deep, hot abiotic processes and is gradually squeezed up out of solid rock and pools in underground chambers.
When you tap it faster than it is replenished there has to be some belt tightening.
I'm pretty sure my favorite part of RPO will be the high-rise trailer park.
