Well, I was really imagining a hemp fiber composite shell for a solar car with 4 seats and pedals, and maybe also for the shassis. Crazy idea and would require a sponsor at least for good electric motor, batery and solar cells.
Aerodynamic woud be Morelli shape, but it's too sensible to build without a negative mold. Or is it not ???
Morelli would require many ellipses to get the precise chape. It's difficult even to start imagine how to do.
The hemp fiber it's stronger, so it may require fewer layers and in the end get cheaper than fiberglass. Can hemp copmposite be sanded and get good finish like fiberglass ?
