Unfortunately the pics are gone from that thread, but they have the part numbers for the replacements.

Another thing you can look at is swapping out the battery for a bigger one. Yep, it will add a little weight but I've found it to be effective. (I have the GE not the GD model.) I've run down the standard battery several times in the past. I upgraded to a better battery and have never had that problem again.
I've done all of those. LED marker lights front and rear, brake lights, dome lights, cargo light, cargo light switch. Upgraded battery. No LEDs in the turn signal because they hyper-flash. Not that they're on enough of the time to be a big deal.
