the IGBT right ? its way to large for me, im going to run 1 48V 250amp, and 2 smaller.
i changed the items so it will be cheaper for my build:
1) MOSFET Transistor, N Channel, 295 A, 60 V, 0.00165 ohm, 10 V, 3.7 V
2) Electrolytic Capacitor, 1200 µF, 63 V, HPR Series, 2000 hours @ 105°C, ± 20%
3) DC Film Capacitor, 2.2 µF, 450 V, PP (Polypropylene), ± 5%, ECWFE Series
4) Standard Recovery Diode, 650 V, 150 A, Dual Common Anode, 1.7 V, 108 ns, 580 A
5) LEM Current Transducer, HO-P Series, PCB, 100A, -250A to 250A, 1 %, Voltage Output, 5 Vdc
but im not sure with 2 items.
1) the Capacitor, is for the ripple effect (right? to try manage the voltage spike?) does 1 of each is enough ?
2) does the Recovery Diode need to get the full amp size ? do i need to get 1 or 2 of this ?
if all this is good it will cost me 30$ only(for the power circuit).
