Yep. I did the conversion 5 years ago and the LED options at that time were CRAP. I do have Eco halogens that run at 45W each instead of 55W (confirmed with multimeter). They're just as bright as stock. Theoretically this should mean they have shorter lifespan, but 5 years is good enough for me.
