i have definitely thought about that
probably the swapped engine will have mildly high compression, a small turbocharger to increase efficiency and a custom megasquirt ECU
(well, my lada had a non-crossflow, swirl-type combustion chamber (for better starting, even atomization and burning of even crappier fuel, but it raises piston temperature on higher revs so it gave really noticeable good results in the rain)
